How the Virtual Studio Works
The same structured, considered approach as every KVI project, delivered by video call.
Choose a time for your initial consultation and send a request. Katherine reviews every request personally.
Nothing is booked until Katherine accepts your request. She then sends bank transfer details, and your booking is guaranteed once she confirms your payment has been received.
Plans and any relevant information are needed at least 48 hours before the call. Otherwise the call will be cancelled or rearranged.

Online Design, Lighting Design or the full design service. If you go ahead and instruct Katherine after your consultation, the £250 initial consultation fee is redeemable against your future design package.

Can I use the Virtual Studio from outside the UK?
Yes. Consultations take place by video call, so clients can take part from anywhere in the world.
How much does a virtual consultation cost?
The initial consultation is £250 plus VAT.
Is the consultation fee redeemable if I go ahead?
Yes. If you go ahead and instruct Katherine after your consultation, the £250 initial consultation fee is redeemable against your future design package.
When is my booking confirmed?
Katherine reviews every request personally. Your booking is guaranteed once she has accepted it and confirmed that your payment has been received.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Payment details are sent with Katherine's acceptance of your request.
What do I need to send before the call?
Plans and any relevant information, at least 48 hours before the call. If they have not arrived by then, the call will be cancelled or rearranged.
Is Katherine a qualified interior designer?
Katherine Varnava is a BIID Registered Interior Designer® with the British Institute of Interior Design, and the founder and creative director of the studio.
